Brandon Clementson

Brandon Clementson was born and raised in San Antonio. He graduated from the University of Oklahoma and upon returning to San Antonio in 2002, began his career in the title insurance business, where he is currently employed as an Escrow Officer with Presidio Title. Brandon and his wife, Erin, have been married 10 years and have 2 boys (Cooper and Mitchell) and baby Kate

Ross Ormond

Ross is a San Antonio native and a graduate of MacArthur High School. He attended Texas A&M University in College Station where he was a member of the Kappa Alpha Order and received a degree in Environmental Design. He is now a licensed property & casualty and life & health insurance agent serving as a Vice President for Offenhauser & Co. Insurance, his wife’s family’s agency that was founded in Texarkana, Texas, in 1882. As a shareholder, Ross manages the San Antonio office and Believe It Foundation Strategic Plan 25 primarily focuses on property & casualty coverage for clients in the construction, real estate, and life science industries. In addition to insurance, Ross and Whitney recently created a commercial real estate development company. Their first project is a 30,000 square foot mixed-use development on the city’s East Side set to open in early 2021.

Xavier Sanchez

Xavier Sanchez is a public speaker, fitness enthusiast, and Believe It Foundation camp and scholarship participant.

Why I Became a Believe It Board Member: The Believe It Foundation had an enormous impact on my confidence, independence, and overall quality of life; being able to contribute to the movement that empowers all who participate is an opportunity I couldn’t pass up.

Johnny Polk

Johnny Polk served T Bar M Camps from 1987 to 2018. It was at T Bar M serving alongside Andrew that Camp Hope and the importance of inclusion captured Johnny’s heart and mind. He currently continues his passion of equipping and empowering youth to discover their God-given gifts to excel still more through servant leadership living through New Braunfels Christian Ministries. Each year, Johnny enjoys training international leaders the vehicle of Camp to impact their countries with the gospel.

John Christie

John Christie is a divisional manager for Turner Construction Company in San Antonio--one of the nation's largest commercial construction companies and the top three largest by volume in San Antonio. His focus in San Antonio is on smaller, unique projects where he has the opportunity to provide expertise through a more lean-approach. He began his career with Turner in Dallas and has worked in the company’s Houston and San Antonio offices. John received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University. He is married with a 1-year-old son who keeps him and his wife busy! He enjoys running, reading, and being outdoors in his free time.
